Who we are

Underpinning.ie is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland. We pass underpinning and subsidence requests to groundworks contractors. Contact: hello@underpinning.ie.

What we collect

When you send a request: what's happening with the house, the property type, the county, whether an engineer has looked at it, when you hope to start, your name and phone number and, if you give them, your town or area and any notes. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to pass your request to one experienced groundworks and underpinning contractor who covers your county, so they can contact you about the job. We do this with your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

One experienced groundworks and underpinning contractor who covers your county. They deal with you directly and are responsible for your details from that point. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies unless you say yes to them. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached. If we ever add advertising measurement, it will only load after you say yes to it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@underpinning.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
